Hartwork prepares and ships customer orders manually. This Shipping Policy explains how destinations, costs, tracking, and delivery issues are handled.
Available destinations and rates
Available shipping destinations, methods, and charges are displayed during checkout. If a destination is not available at checkout, we are not currently able to ship there. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.
Processing and delivery
Orders are prepared after payment authorization and inventory confirmation. Any processing or delivery estimate shown at checkout or in an order email is an estimate, not a guarantee. Weekends, holidays, carrier delays, severe weather, high order volume, and address issues may affect delivery timing.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking information may take time to update after a carrier receives the package.
International orders
Where international shipping is offered, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination. These charges are not included unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs processing may delay delivery.
Address changes and returned packages
Contact Hartwork as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment begins. Additional shipping charges may apply when a package is returned because an address was incomplete, incorrect, refused, or undeliverable.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If tracking shows unusual delay, loss, or delivery damage, contact Hartwork promptly through the Contact page with the order number and relevant photographs when applicable. We will review the issue and work with the carrier, but carrier investigations and resolutions may take time.
