Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 25, 2026

Hartwork LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to visitors and customers in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other regions where privacy rights may apply.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, message details, account credentials or profile details, billing and shipping addresses, order details, return or support request details, and marketing preferences. We do not intentionally ask for age or date of birth unless a real legal or operational reason applies, and you should not include unnecessary sensitive information in forms or messages.

When you place an order, payment providers process payment details such as card, wallet, or bank information. Hartwork receives order, transaction identifiers, billing, shipping, tax, payment-status, fraud-prevention, dispute, and chargeback information needed to complete and support the purchase, but we do not intentionally store full payment card numbers.

We may also collect technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, pages viewed, site interactions, approximate location from IP address, cookie identifiers, and similar technology data.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, precise geolocation, health information, biometric information, or account passwords for unrelated services. If you voluntarily send sensitive information that is not needed, we may delete, de-identify, or avoid using it except as reasonably necessary to respond, complete a transaction, protect the site, or meet legal obligations.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure hartwork.life, respond to messages, manage customer accounts, process purchases, payments, taxes, shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks, provide order and customer support, maintain business records, improve the website, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with legal obligations, and send marketing only where permitted by law or with consent where required.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising technologies

The website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, security, cart and checkout behavior, account sessions, preferences, performance, and remembering choices. Hartwork may use analytics tools to understand site traffic and product interest. If advertising, social media, affiliate, or retargeting pixels are enabled, those tools may collect or receive interaction data for measurement or advertising and may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information under some privacy laws. Hartwork does not knowingly use advertising or retargeting technologies to target children or known minors. Browser settings and some platform controls may allow you to block or delete cookies, but some site features may not work correctly without them.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share information with service providers and business partners that help with website hosting, WordPress and WooCommerce ecommerce functions, payment processing, fraud prevention, taxes, shipping and delivery, forms, email, analytics, security, marketing tools where enabled, customer support, professional services, and business operations. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to enforce our terms, to respond to legal requests, or in connection with a business transfer.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. California residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, limit certain sensitive information uses, and opt out of sale or sharing where applicable. EU and UK residents may have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. You may also use an authorized agent where applicable law allows. To make a request, email sittingprettycreative@gmail.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.

If you want to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information where applicable, or ask whether advertising, affiliate, or retargeting pixels are enabled, email sittingprettycreative@gmail.com with “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject line. Hartwork will review and honor applicable privacy requests after any required verification. Hartwork will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

International visitors

If you access the website from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. We use reasonable measures intended to protect personal information when it is transferred or processed internationally.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including order completion, customer support, returns, legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute, chargeback, compliance, and business record purposes. Retention periods vary by record type, applicable law, and operational need. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we delete it, de-identify it, or retain it only in limited backup or archival records until those records expire.

Children and minors

Hartwork.life is not directed to children. Purchases and accounts are intended for adults, or for use with parent or guardian involvement where applicable. Children under 13 should not submit personal information, create an account, contact Hartwork, or place an order. Hartwork.life does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Hartwork.life does not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.

Hartwork does not knowingly collect, use, sell, share, or retain personal information from children or minors below applicable legal thresholds. Because Hartwork.life is not child-directed and does not intentionally ask for age or date of birth, Hartwork generally will not know a visitor or customer is a minor unless the visitor, customer, parent, guardian, or another source tells us.

If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without any required parent or guardian involvement, or that we otherwise collected minor data in a way that does not meet applicable requirements, we will delete or de-identify it unless retention is required for legal, tax or accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute, chargeback, or order-completion reasons. Parents or guardians can email sittingprettycreative@gmail.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line to request deletion.
